Both vehicles can be ordered ex-works with modern 4-wheel drive – AWD (Ford) or 4MOTION (Volkswagen), which can tackle the basic challenges of driving off-road.

SEIKEL has developed various protective components to safeguard important assemblies, ensuring that safety is not compromised when driving off-road.

SEIKEL developments are geared to the stresses and strains in the toughest applications. They are based on decades of experience gained from hundreds of thousands of test kilometers in a wide variety of vehicles and regions around the world.

• For this reason, protective plates are made of solid aluminium panels that are shaped specifically for the vehicle.
• These are not simply folded panels; instead the base material is fitted with various reinforcement parts or ribs as well as openings to ensure good ventilation of the units protected behind them.
• Specially developed, vehicle-specific holders made of stainless material round off our product packages.
• Detailed installation instructions can be downloaded for each product to ensure proper installation.
